These goggles are replica’s of the goggles worn by Hoth troopers and Luke in the empire strikes back. They were 3D modeled from prop photos (see last photo in the album for the actual prop photo)
The main frame is printed in TPU white.
The elastic tabs and slider are printed in PETG.
The blue vents are printed in TPU blue.
The elastic is 1.5” wide and 24” long.
The lens is laser cut and custom color dyed to match the prop.
The interface foam is dye cut from 1/2” white foam with a blue fabric facial interface.
All prints are printed at a .2mm hight and 100% infill.
As you know with most 3D prints you can see layer lines up close. However as you can see these are very hard to see on this prop and make the perfect addition to Hoth trooper or Luke cosplayers looking for movie accurate goggles.
I just recently changed the goggles to an unweathered foam(yellow) to white with a blue facial interface. This better reflects how the item would appear in its new, out of the box, state. New pictures to follow, however other than those changes, the goggles are identical.
